Privacy Policy
This policy is specific to Topple League, a mobile game by Softotic. It explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how to request deletion.
Information we collect
- Account information: if you sign in with Google, we receive basic Firebase Authentication data such as your user ID, email address, display name when provided, and sign-in provider. Guest play uses an anonymous Firebase account.
- Game data: scores, floors reached, daily attempt usage, league membership, leaderboard rank, run duration, block count, and validation metadata used to reduce cheating.
- Profile choices: display name and a local avatar/profile ID. Topple League uses bundled avatar assets rather than uploading profile images.
- Device and security data: Firebase App Check, Firebase Cloud Messaging token, device timestamps, and app version may be used for security, notifications, and abuse prevention.
- Analytics and diagnostics: PostHog may collect app events and error reports so we can understand crashes, failed requests, and feature usage.
- Advertising data: Google AdMob may process advertising identifiers and ad interaction data to show banners and rewarded ads.
How we use information
- Run daily challenges, friend leagues, global leaderboards, ranked attempts, and rewarded extra attempts.
- Show notifications such as leaderboard dethroned alerts when enabled.
- Detect impossible scores, suspicious submissions, repeated abuse, and modified-client behavior.
- Fix crashes, improve performance, and understand which features are working.
- Comply with platform requirements and respond to account deletion requests.
Public leaderboard display
Leaderboards may show your display name, avatar choice, score, floors, and rank. Guest players are shown as Guest Player on global leaderboard surfaces.
Third-party services
Topple League uses Firebase, Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firebase App Check, Google AdMob, and PostHog. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Data retention
Leaderboard and account records are kept while needed to run the game, protect fairness, and maintain league history. Account deletion requests are handled within a reasonable period, normally within 30 days, unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.
Children
Topple League is not designed to collect sensitive personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Terms of Use
Using the game
Topple League is provided by Softotic for casual competitive play. You may play as a guest or sign in with Google where available. You are responsible for activity on your account and for following platform rules.
Fair play
Do not submit fake scores, modify the app to gain an advantage, automate ranked attempts, abuse APIs, disrupt leaderboards, impersonate other players, or try to bypass security checks. We may reject scores, limit access, remove leaderboard entries, or suspend accounts that appear abusive.
Ranked attempts and ads
Daily ranked attempts are limited. Rewarded ads may grant a limited number of extra attempts. Rewards are not guaranteed if the ad provider fails, the device is offline, the request is suspicious, or the daily cap has been reached.
Virtual items and cosmetics
If cosmetics or other optional purchases are introduced, they do not provide score advantages unless explicitly stated. Purchases are handled through the relevant app store and are subject to that store's payment and refund policies.
Availability
We may update, pause, remove, or rebalance features, leaderboards, daily modifiers, ads, or backend services. We try to keep the game stable, but online features can fail or be unavailable.
Intellectual property
Topple League, its logo, game design, visuals, audio, and related materials belong to Softotic or its licensors. You may share gameplay screenshots and score cards for personal, non-commercial promotion of your run.
Disclaimer
The game is provided as is without warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Softotic is not liable for indirect losses, lost data, lost rankings, device issues, or service interruptions.
Changes
We may update these terms as the game changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Account deletion
Delete your Topple League account
If you want your Topple League account and associated game data removed, send a deletion request to Softotic.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@softotic.com with the subject Delete Topple League Account.
- Include the Google email used for sign-in, or say that you played as a guest.
- If possible, include a screenshot of your in-app profile so we can identify the correct player record.
What will be deleted
- Firebase user profile data connected to your Topple League account.
- Display name, profile ID, notification token, league membership, and saved user preferences stored by the game.
- Leaderboard entries and run data that can reasonably be matched to your account.
What may remain
We may keep limited records when needed for fraud prevention, security logs, legal compliance, payment records handled by app stores, or aggregated analytics that no longer identify you.
Guest players
Uninstalling the app or clearing app data removes local guest access from your device. To remove server-side guest records, email us with any profile screenshot or details that help identify the guest account.
Timeline
Deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days after we can identify the account.
